Entrance is very elegant & restful. Very clean new property. Looked very new even though it opened in 2019. Our room was spacious & fresh with clean sheets. All the staff were friendly, helpful & accommodating. Shweta in particular. She was in touch with me, gave us a late check out for 2 hours. However we needed 2 more hours so we paid ₹1120/- as we were very tired. Shweta also coordinated for an efficient cab to be with us all day for visiting Ellora Caves & Bibi ka Maqbara and later dropping us to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Name] last night. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The ambiance was perfect, making our stay truly relaxing. The service exceeded our expectations, and every detail was taken care of with professionalism. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Really very good hotel...stayed there from 2nd of March 23 till today 5th morning. Very good food...helping staff..had some issues with the washroom of the initial room but immediately once notified room was changed. Definately very good option to stay in aurangabad. The reception manager bhavesh is very helpful....ND one more thing .. Stupendous buffet breakfast at this category of hotel..very tasty ND good food. Worth staying!!!@

The room was spacious and well-appointed and comfortable with all the amenities I needed.The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay special.they were always available and accommodating & breakfast at Hotel The One was a fantastic way to start the day. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay

Location is definitely a big plus. They have safe parking space. Room allocated was a corner one with a view onto the main street. Size of the room and cleanliness is good enough. They have a restaurant but room service hours for food orders are limited to certain time frames. Food was okay with fairly large serving portions. Desserts at the restaurant below are pretty good.
